Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the United States and Canada for free. If you are shopping internationally, outside the US and Canada, please visit our Etsy shop for free worldwide shipping.
What shipping method do you offer?
We only offer one shipping method: standard shipping with tracking. This allows us to offer free shipping on all orders.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. It can take between 4 and 14 business days for your order to be created, shipped, and delivered.
How do you package the items?
Your orders will be packed efficiently in damage-resistant ways to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as a damage-free delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. All you have to do is contact us with some photos and your order number and we will arrange this for you.
Can I cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel your order if you contact us before the production of the item has started.
Can I exchange or return my order?
All sales are final. Every product is specially made for you, therefor we are unable to offer exchanges and returns.
Do you offer gift cards and do they expire?
Yes, we do offer gift cards and no, they do not expire.
