1. Returns and Exchanges:

a. Damaged or Wrong Item Received:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately with some photos and your order number to initiate the return process. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense and will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

b. Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order, you may be able to do so if you contact us before the production of the item has started. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

c. Exchanges and Returns:

Every product is made to order, specifically for you, and therefore we are unable to offer exchanges and returns. Please ensure that you read the description and any size charts provided carefully before placing your order.

2. Refunds:

a. Damaged or Wrong Item Received:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds for damaged or wrong items.

b. Cancellation:

If you cancel your order before the production of the item has started, we will issue a full refund. Once production has started, we are unable to offer refunds.

c. Exchanges and Returns:

We do not offer exchanges and returns. All sales are final.
